There’s something about snow that never gets old. Maybe living in Wisconsin makes it a requirement to enjoy snow, but I feel that falling snow is nature’s offer to us to stop and appreciate the world around us.
Of course, I know that snow brings dangers for travel and for those without adequate shelter. It can bring work, like plowing, shoveling and home repair. But on the flip side, snow is one of the only weather events that usually makes us stop and be present. Whether it’s watching it out your window, making time for snow sports, or just marveling at the intricacies of snow flakes, snow can help us connect up God’s creation.
So I say let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
